You can submit a return application within 7 days of receiving the goods. Applications submitted after this period may not be processed.

The received product does not match the order;
The product does not meet expectations (subject to return conditions);
Opened but unused products can also be returned.

III. Return Conditions

Please ensure that the returned product meets the following requirements:

The product has not been actually used and is free from human-caused damage;
It is clean and free of dust, water stains, or dirt;
The original packaging, accessories, and instruction manual should be retained as much as possible;
It does not affect resale.

IV. Situations Where Returns Are Not Supported

The product has been damaged by the customer or is missing important accessories;
The return application period has expired;
Special offer items or customized items (as specifically stated on the page).

V. Return Process
Contact customer service to submit a return application, explaining the reason and providing order information and product photos;
After customer service approval, a return address and instructions will be provided;
Return the product as required;
After receiving and verifying the product, we will process the refund within 3–7 business days.

The refund will be returned to your original payment account.

VI. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect shipments, we will bear the shipping costs;
For returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike or inappropriate selection), the buyer will bear the shipping costs;
Fee incurred due to unjustified refusal to accept delivery may be borne by the buyer.
